Make the changes in your life that you’ve always wanted to make! Our center is dedicated to preventing and resolving common problems in living. We help individuals to understand themselves and others better so that they can have REALationships on many levels.
Individualized Solutions to Life Problems:
Dr. Peter R. Kilmann uses a solution-focused approach to address personal needs and concerns. In most cases, long-term treatment is not necessary. While some understanding of past experiences is necessary to understand a present problem, a brief therapy approach is sufficient to resolve many difficulties. Indeed, many long-term problems in living can be resolved sooner than later. Just because something once strongly affected you, there is no reason it should continue to do so indefinitely. A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor.
Starting now, you can focus more on your strengths and positive skills--you can overcome obstacles!
Starting now, you can make changes in the way you think, feel, and act!
Starting now, you can learn to cope successfully with things that may have previously upset you!
Everything in a session is confidential and will not be revealed to anyone without your written permission.
Our fees are on a sliding scale and we offer evening and Saturday appointments. We have convenient office locations in northeast Columbia, Irmo, and downtown.
